My Background

I’m an experienced professional with a background that bridges creative media, instructional design, and corporate operations. Over the years, I’ve worked across multiple industries — from education and eLearning development to underwriting — gaining a unique perspective on how people learn, communicate, and perform at their best.

Currently, I work in underwriting operations, where I manage detailed reporting, close underwriting requests, and collaborate with brokers to ensure accuracy and efficiency. Before that, I spent several years in learning and development, designing and managing online training programs in partnership with national and international companies. I’ve led eLearning projects in platforms like Articulate Rise, Storyline, and Thinkific, and coordinated the transition of large-scale training products to HTML for modern accessibility.

Earlier in my career, I taught at the Specs Howard School of Media Arts and worked in video production and motion graphics, building strong creative and communication skills that still inform my approach to learning design today. Whether I’m developing training content, refining a process, or collaborating with a team, I bring creativity, clarity, and a learner-focused mindset to everything I do.
