Hi, I’m Nicole Sullivan — a communicator, creative thinker, and instructional designer in progress.

My path hasn’t been linear, but it’s been full of purpose. I currently work in underwriting operations, where I manage reports, close underwriting requests, and help ensure accuracy and efficiency across projects. Through that work, I’ve learned the value of clarity, communication, and attention to detail — skills that directly support my transition into instructional design.

I’m also pursuing my Master’s in Learning Design and Technology at Purdue University, where I’m exploring how people learn and how design can make that process more engaging and effective. My earlier background in film, video, and media production continues to shape my approach — I’ve always seen learning as a form of storytelling, where visuals, structure, and empathy come together to create meaning.

At the heart of it, I’m passionate about connecting people with information in ways that are not only useful but memorable. Whether I’m analyzing data, designing visuals, or developing learning materials, my goal is always the same: to make complex ideas accessible, human, and inspiring.
