Creating the Daily Work Numbers Spreadsheet

This project involved designing and developing a 60-minute instructor-led training course to teach employees how to accurately create the Daily Work Numbers spreadsheet.

Using a structured instructional design approach, I developed measurable learning objectives, organized the content into a logical sequence, and incorporated guided practice to help learners build confidence with the process.

The completed training package included an instructor guide, participant guide, PowerPoint presentation, job aid, and checklist. I also conducted three pilot sessions, using feedback to refine the instruction and improve the learner experience.

This project demonstrates my ability to take a workplace training need from initial planning through development, implementation, and evaluation, while creating practical resources learners can continue using after training.
